Al-Diwaniyah Fine Arts Institute Was founded in 2007. It was established with different departments such as:

1. Plastic arts.

2. Performing arts.

3. Design arts.

4. Line and decoration.

The institute seeks to expand and open new departments such as music and cinema. The Institute has an efficient and a competent staff of degree holders in different fields as some training artists.
